A big part of why I do this work comes from my love for wellbeing, affirmations and helping kids build real self-belief. It’s the reason I make sure every Flowstate Kids session has a wellbeing moment built into it. I want each child to walk away feeling loved, strong and genuinely happy — not just buzzing from the activities, but feeling supported on the inside too.

Affirmations for children gives them the self belief they deserve.

When kids say positive affirmations together, something shifts in the room. You can feel the energy change. They start opening up, connecting and seeing each other as teammates instead of just kids in the same group. That’s what every centre should aim for — not just supervising a bunch of children, but building a little community where everyone lifts each other up.

I’ve seen the opposite side as well. I’ve seen kids who don’t want to go to preschool or school because they feel left out or bullied by their peers. It’s heartbreaking. Flowstate Kids was created to change that atmosphere. When the program comes into a childcare centre, it brings a new culture with it — one where kids feel safe, included and emotionally stronger, and where wellbeing becomes part of the everyday routine, not just a once-off idea.
