savvas has real boxing experience

I’m Savvas Koukkoullis, a competitive boxer, personal trainer and founder of FlowState. I combine discipline from the ring with creative practices like Morning Pages, goal ladders, and vision boards to help people build confidence, focus, and resilience—far beyond the session.

Is it safe and non-contact?

Yes. All sessions are non-contact, inclusive, and adapted to different ages and abilities.

 

What space do we need?

A hall, multipurpose room, classroom, community space, or even a seated format. Minimal setup required.

 

What do you leave behind?

Prompts, journaling sheets, goal ladders, and a simple take-home plan staff can continue running without us.

 

How soon will we see results?

Most groups notice calmer starts and sharper focus within 4 sessions.

 

Do you work with mixed ages and abilities?
