Accessibility statement
At Flowstate Kids, we’re committed to making our website, trainflowstate.com.au, accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe all visitors should be able to browse, learn and interact with our content with the same ease.
What web accessibility is
An accessible website allows all people, including those using assistive technologies, to navigate and interact with online content independently. This includes people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, text-to-speech software, voice commands and other accessibility tools.
Our goal is to ensure that all families, educators and visitors can access information about Flowstate Kids regardless of ability or device.
Accessibility on this site
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This site includes:
- Clear heading structures and logical content order across all pages
- Descriptive alt text for images
- Strong colour contrast between text and background
- Minimal motion, and respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting
- Language attributes set on every page to help screen readers
- Forms and buttons that work with a keyboard, with visible focus states
- Layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers
We review the site regularly and keep improving it as content and technology change.
Third-party content
Some links on this site go to other services, such as our ticketing and payment providers. Their accessibility is managed by those providers.
